    Construction of the Cornexo (maize mill at Freimersheim)
    Output enhancement to 700 t in the Saale mill
    Commissioning and construction of the durum mill
    Development of the entire site
    Commissioning and looking after the first 4 round silos
    Looking after modifications at all sites
    Responsible for all production
  • 2008 – 2013 various training courses Pasta technology/ baking seminar…
  • 2013 – 2018 Blattert mill (Mill Manager)
  • 2018 onwards. Mill Manager of the Rettenmeier mill,
  • currently undergoing advanced training in communication and management/dealing with conflicts/professional meeting management (Business School in Rottweil)
