Accurate control of foodstuff quality

You are studying nutritional science, foodstuffs technology or a related course and are looking for an internship for your bachelor’s or master’s degree in which you can apply and improve your knowledge in a modern factory

We are regularly looking for

 

Interns (m/f/t) for the field of Quality Assurance / process management

 

Your tasks

  • Helping us in our work for the onward development of the QM system
  • Creating and revising HACCP/IFS documents and product specifications
  • Checking and managing documents requested from suppliers (self-reporting from suppliers, specifications, allergen questionnaires, GMO statements)
  • Taking samples for laboratory analysis, preparation of laboratory reports
  • Working with others on new projects in the Product Development Department
  • Assistance during audits

  • Already have acquired a grounding in knowledge of foodstuffs production and Quality Management (HACCP concept (IFS 6),
  • Work in a structured manner and use your analytical and logical thought processes in your work,
  • If you identify with our products – high-class mill products made from bread grains (wheat, rye and spelt) for the foodstuffs industry,
  • Are very familiar with and regularly uses MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Want to work and achieve something both on your own and as part of a team,
  • Hold a class B driving licence
